Mr.V comenzó a pinchar a los 14 años, pero no sería hasta dentro de muchos años que firmaría con el sello Vega Records, Masters At Work Records y ayudaría a Louie Vega.

Mr.V es un retroceso en el sentido más puro.

Creciendo en los años 80, el abierto Mr.V fue fuertemente influenciado por los clásicos del House, Hip-Hop, Latin, Garage y Disco, Rhythm & Blues y Jazz.

​

Mr.V  estaba enamorado del papel que un DJ dominaba sobre una multitud y se dejó llevar por el talento de su amigo Lord G., que tenía una fiesta semanal los jueves por la noche en la ciudad de Nueva York.

​

A pesar de querer ser un DJ profesional, no fue hasta que conoció al legendario Louie Vega que encontró su vocación, "Louie solía tener su fiesta llamada "Underground Network" y ahí fue donde descubrí un gusto más profundo por la música House" dice Louie Vega vio el impulso y el potencial de Mr.V y contrató al joven DJ/Productor Nuyorican como su asistente en el mundialmente famoso sello discográfico Masters At Work.

En este puesto, Mr V tuvo una rara visión de la escena global de la danza y en poco tiempo se puso a trabajar junto a su mentor.

En 2001, fundó Sole Channel, una fiesta semanal con Alix Alvarez en la ciudad de Nueva York. En 2003, la pareja fundó un sello discográfico llamado Sole Channel Music que lanzó varios temas con su propio sonido. En 2013 la pareja se separaría de la discográfica y Alix Alvarez emprendería diferentes esfuerzos mientras que el Sr. V mantendría la discográfica, En 2012 el Sr. V lanzaría la primera discográfica hermana de Sole Channel Music llamada Muzik 4 Tomorrow (M4T).

Sus temas más famosos han sido "Jus Dance", "Da Bump", lanzado en 2006, y "Put Your Drink Down", lanzado en 2007, ambos incluidos en el álbum Welcome Home & es más conocido por su éxito de ruptura con Fedde Le Grand titulado "Back N' Forth" entre muchos otros temas y colaboraciones de hoy.

Mr.V ha publicado producciones originales, colaboraciones y remezclas para sellos como Ultra Records, Toolroom Records, Armada Deep, Defected Records, Musical Freedom, Vega Records, Dopewax, Play It Down, Strictly Rhythm, Criminal Hype, Juicy Music, Soma, Undr The Radr, Flamingo Recordings, Dessous, 8bit y muchos más.

Combinando sus multifacéticas habilidades el Mr.V es un nombre que quedará grabado en la historia de la música de baile para las generaciones venideras.
